HEALTH PROTOCOLS
In order to keep guests and staff protected and healthy, we are following the current health protocols of the venue: all attendees for the upcoming IN-Q Show in Los Angeles, CA on October 15, 2021 at 7pm are required to provide proof of either a full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test result obtained within 72 hours of the event time.
All attendees will be required to show one of the following when checking into the show:
- Your vaccine card
- A clear and legible photocopy of your vaccine card
- Photo of your vaccine card on your phone
- A digital vaccine passport or record
- A negative COVID-19 PCR test result obtained within 72 hours of the event
Face coverings are encouraged at all times when outdoors.
Face coverings are mandatory in all indoor spaces.
If you purchased a ticket for the IN-Q show in 2020 and are not vaccinated and cannot get tested, please e-mail us at inqtour@consciouscityguide.com with your full name (must match the buyer’s name – absolutely no third party refunds) and email used for purchase and we will issue a full refund.
To receive a full refund, you must email your request no later than Monday, October 4 @ 12PM PDT. No exceptions.
